The trust implements initiatives spanning socio-economic, cultural, and educational realms, including healthcare campaigns and women empowerment programs. Environmental consciousness and rural development are prioritized alongside advocating for rights awareness among marginalized communities, ensuring universal education and participatory resource management.
SSCET's comprehensive programs span various domains. Education initiatives promote language diversity, tobacco/drug awareness, menstrual hygiene, and provide education kits to underprivileged students. Cultural events celebrate India's rich heritage. Shri Shankara Cultural and Educational Trust (SSCET) traces its roots to its establishment as a trust vide registration number 461, dated 05/08/2019 headquartered in Lucknow. Operating extensively across Uttar Pradesh, it extends its impact through outreach programs in select areas of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. It is enlisted in the NGO-Darpan portal of NITI Ayog and holds exemptions under section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961. Additionally, it is registered under CSR-1 of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
